摘要
三坐标测量技术作为现代机械制造工业中的重要测量技术之一,集光学、机械学及电子学等高科技技术于一体,作为一种效率较高的自动化测量技术,将三坐标测量技术应用到现代机械制造工业当中,对机械设备所涉及零部件的三维几何形状和尺寸进行精准细致地测量与检测,充分明确地展示出自由曲面的几何形状,进而有效提升现代机械制造工业的精度和效率.此外,通过将三坐标测量技术应用到现代机械制造工业当中,取代了传统单一的生产模式,全面提升现代机械制造业的制造水平.
Abstract
As one of the important measurement technologies in modern machinery manufacturing industry,CMM technology integrates high-tech technologies such as optics,mechanics and electronics.As an efficient au-tomated measurement technology,CMM technology is applied to modern machinery manufacturing industry.The three-dimensional geometric shape and size of the parts involved in the mechanical equipment are accurately and carefully measured and tested,and the geometry of the free-form surface is fully and clearly displayed,which ef-fectively improves the accuracy and efficiency of the modern machinery manufacturing industry.In addition,by applying coordinate measurement technology to modern machinery manufacturing industry,it has replaced the traditional single production mode and comprehensively improved the manufacturing level of modern machinery manufacturing industry.
