摘要
高压直流接触器是一种自动控制元件,被广泛运用于航空航天的测、发、控系统和民用电动汽车、充电桩、光伏发电等配电系统.高压直流接触器使用环境中部分低温环境要求达到-55℃,在该温度下很多接触器会出现加电不导通的情况,本文针对这一失效模式进行了故障复现、产品拆壳分析、试验对比、理论分析,探索产品失效机理并给出解决方案,希望对相关从业人员具有借鉴意义.
Abstract
High voltage DC contactors are an automatic control component widely used in measurement,transmission,and control systems in aerospace,as well as distribution systems in civil electric vehicles,charging stations,and photovoltaic power generation.In the operating environment of high-voltage DC contactors,some low temperature environments require a temperature of-55℃.At this temperature,many contactors may ex-perience power failure.This article conducts fault recurrence,product shell disassembly analysis,experimental comparison,and theoretical analysis for this failure mode,exploring the mechanism of product failure and provi-ding solutions.It is hoped that this has reference significance for relevant practitioners.
