摘要
本文结合国家对国有企业的合规管理发展要求,研究了航空发动机企业研制项目的合规管理要求,围绕任务管理、分包管理、采购管理、合同管理、实物管理、经费管理六个方面探讨研制项目的合规性要求.在此基础上,选取某一研制项目,从合规清单梳理、开展伴随审计、建立合规管理工作团队和工作机制四个方面进行了合规业务融合的实践.
Abstract
This paper studied the compliance management requirements for the development projects of aero-engine enterprises based on the requirements of the state for the development of compliance management of state-owned enterprises,and discussed the compliance requirements for the development projects in terms of task man-agement,subcontracting management,procurement management,contract management,physical object man-agement and fund management.On this basis,a research project is selected to carry out the practice of integra-ting compliance business from four aspects:sorting out compliance list,conducting accompanying audit,estab-lishing compliance management team and working mechanism.
