发动机EGR出气管断裂问题分析及优化设计

某发动机台架试验阶段,EGR出气管出现频繁断裂问题,经过多轮装配验证、发动机震动数据分析及可靠性仿真分析,得出结论:超速试验6450rpm倒拖工况震动大是导致断裂的主要原因,装配公差造成强制位移带来y向和x向的作用力,在波纹段薄弱位置产生应力集中造成断裂是次要原因.对EGR出气管进行优化改进,采用三段式结构,中间段变为橡胶管连接,用于吸收震动及装配公差.此项问题的解决对今后发动机系统零部件的设计具有重要参考意义.
Analysis and Optimization Design of Engine EGR Outlet Pipe Fracture Problem
An engine bench test in the research phase,the EGR outlet pipe has frequent fracture problems.Af-ter multiple rounds of assembly verification,engine vibration data analysis and reliability simulation analysis,the conclusion is drawn:Overspeed bench test 6450rpm reverse towing condition vibration is the main cause of frac-ture,assembly tolerance caused by forced displacement caused by y and x forces,stress concentration in the weak position of the corrugated section caused by fracture is a secondary cause.The EGR outlet pipe was opti-mized and improved,and the three-stage structure was adopted,and the middle section was connected with rub-ber tube,which was used to absorb vibration and assembly tolerances.has important reference significance for the future design of EGR system components.The solution of this problem is of important reference significance for the design of engine system components in the future.
