本文旨在研究小波包分析在汽车发动机轴承故障诊断中的应用,根据小波包展开的结构材料早期损伤监测较为简单,可以灵敏的监测到早期故障损伤.对失效破坏的故障发射信号进行分析,在此基础上,采用小波包分解技术,实现对汽车发动机轴承故障振动特征参数的有效提取,并将其应用到汽车发动机轴承故障诊断方法中.通过实验验证,实现对汽车发动机轴承故障的高效诊断.
A Fault Diagnosis Method for Automotive Engine Bearings Based on Wavelet Packet Analysis
This article proposes the application of wavelet packet in the fault diagnosis of automotive engine bearings.The early damage monitoring technology of structural materials based on wavelet packet is relatively simple and has the advantage of being more sensitive to early fault damage.Based on the analysis of the fault transmission signals of failure and destruction,wavelet packet decomposition technology is used to effectively extract the vibration characteristic parame-ters of automotive engine bearing faults,and it is applied to the fault diagnosis method of automotive engine bearings.Through experimental verification,efficient diagnosis of automotive engine bearing faults is achieved.
