摘要
燃油汽车发动机空气流量传感器作为精确控制空燃比的重要元件,其性能直接影响到了发动机的正常运转.空气流量传感器异常会使得发动机出现怠速不稳或者动力下降等问题,但在实际检修过程中仅用一种方法无法确定故障原因.本文以某款轿车为例,详细阐述了空气流量计的作用、分类及工作原理,并详细介绍了空气流量传感器的实际检测方法;以发动机怠速不稳的故障现象为例,提供了空气流量传感器的多种故障诊断和排除思路,为之后的汽车维修研究提供借鉴.
Abstract
As an important component for precise control of the air-fuel ratio,the air flow sensor of fuel pow-ered vehicle engines directly affects the normal operation of the engine.An abnormal air flow sensor can cause problems such as unstable idle or decreased power in the engine,but in the actual maintenance process,it is im-possible to determine the cause of the fault using only one method.This article takes the 2019 Magotan B8L se-dan as an example to explain in detail the function,classification,and working principle of the air flow meter,and to introduce in detail the actual detection method of the air flow sensor;Taking the phenomenon of unstable engine idle as an example,various fault diagnosis and troubleshooting ideas for air flow sensors are provided,providing reference for future automotive maintenance research.
