摘要

高速断路器是地铁车辆牵引系统中重要的组成部分,其驱动控制电路的可靠性直接关系到车辆运行安全.针对某城市地铁4号线高速断路器控制驱动电路故障事件,搭建测试平台进行故障模拟测试,分析故障原因,得出高速断路器驱动控制电路器件选型方法,并且通过试验对该方法进行验证,通过试验验证,采用该方法选择的驱动控制电路器件可以满足实际工况使用要求.

Abstract

High-speed circuit breaker is an important part of the subway vehicle traction system.The relia-bility of the driving control circuit is directly related to the safety of the vehicle.In response to the failure of the high-speed circuit breaker control circuit failure of a certain city Metro Line 4,set up a test platform for fault simulation test,analyze the cause of the fault,obtain the selection method of high-speed circuit breakers driving control circuit device,and verify the method through testing.Through test verification,the drive control circuit device selected by this method can meet the actual conditions of use.
