摘要

本文以项目管理网络计划技术为基础,结合单位实际对航空发动机试验试车任务现状和管理特点进行分析,针对项目管理在资源配置管理、组织职能、保障措施等方面出现的问题,研究建立航空发动机装试网络计划模型,并应用于装配、试验、试车任务的计划管理和冲突协调.

Abstract

Based on project management network planning technology,this article analyzes the current situation and management characteristics of aviation engine testing and testing tasks in combination with the actual situation of the unit.In response to the problems that arise in resource allocation management,organizational functions,and guarantee meas-ures in project management,a network planning model for aviation engine testing is studied and established,which is ap-plied to the planning management and conflict coordination of assembly,testing,and testing tasks.
