基于PLC的立体车库控制系统设计

随着我国经济的不断发展,城市化的发展已经饱和,社区的规划对于车位的考虑严重不足.本文将机械、电子、液气压、人工智能等技术组合,以升降横移式立体车库为研究对象,设计了基于S7-1200 PLC的立体车库控制系统.首先,对系统的方案展开了论述,并对立体车库的总体布局及硬件进行了选型设计.同时,选择西门子SIMATIC HMI为上位机,设计了立体车库触摸屏画面,实现了对立体车库的仿真和监测,大大提高了车库泊位,缓解了目前停车难和停车位紧张的状况.
Design of Stereo Garage Control System Based on PLC
With the continuous development of China's economy,the development of urbanization has been saturated,and the community planning has seriously insufficient consideration of parking spaces.In this paper,mechanics,electronics,hydraulic and artificial intelligence are combined,based on the lifting and horizontal movement of the three-dimensional garage as the research object,The control system of stereo garage based on S7-1200 PLC is designed.Firstly,the scheme of the system is discussed,and the overall layout of the stereo gar-age is designed.Siemens SIMATIC HMI was selected as the host computer.The touch screen is equipped,and simulation and monitoring of the control system are realized at the same time,which greatly improved the park-ing space of the garage and alleviated the current parking difficulty and parking space tension.
