激光熔覆技术制备涂层的研究进展

使用激光熔覆技术可以制备出高强度、硬度、耐磨性、耐热性、组织均匀致密,与基体呈现冶金结合的涂层.激光熔覆技术制备涂层的过程中激光功率、熔覆速度、送粉喷嘴形状、光粉耦合形式等都会对涂层的性能产生影响.本文首先说明了激光熔覆技术的原理、设备、组织特征和特点以及常用的激光熔覆材料.然后对梯度涂层、颗粒增强的复合涂层、高熵合金涂层等较为先进的激光熔覆涂层进行性能分析,介绍了一种先进的超高速激光熔覆技术,超高速激光熔覆技术可以将激光能量聚焦于粉末,有效实现对基体热影响的控制,有望助力实现激光熔覆涂层的大规模工业化生产.最后对激光熔覆涂层的未来发展进行展望.
Research Progress on The Preparation of Coatings Using Laser Cladding Technology
Using laser cladding technology,coatings with high strength,hardness,wear resistance,heat re-sistance,uniform and dense organization,and metallurgical bonding with the substrate can be prepared.The la-ser power,the melting speed,the shape of the powder feeding nozzle,and the form of light-powder coupling all influence the coating properties during the preparation of coatings using laser cladding technology.This paper first explains the principles,equipment,organizational characteristics and features of laser cladding technology and commonly used laser cladding materials.Then the performance of more advanced laser melting coatings such as gradient coatings,particle-enhanced composite coatings,and high-entropy alloy coatings is analyzed,and an advanced ultra-high-speed laser melting technology is introduced.Ultra-high-speed laser melting technology can focus laser energy on the powder and effectively realize the control of thermal influence on the substrate,which is expected to help realize the large-scale industrial production of laser melting coatings.Finally,the future devel-opment of laser clad coating is prospected.
