工业机器人技术人才培养模式改革研究

摘要
"1+X"证书制度下,高职院校的工业机器人技术专业人才培养的方向发生了变化,开始着重于培养复合型、高技能人才.文章剖析了高职院校工业机器人技术专业在培养人才方面现有的问题,探讨了在"1+X"证书制度下,工业机器人技术专业"书证融合、课证融通"培养途径,旨在为"1+X"证书制度下的高技能人才培养提供有益的借鉴.
Abstract
For higher vocational colleges,under the"1+X"certificate system,the training direction of indus-trial robot technology professionals has changed,and it begins to focus on the training of composite and high-skill talents.This paper analyzes the existing problems in training talents for industrial robot technology major in higher vocational colleges,and studies the talent training path of"integration of documents and certificates,inte-gration of courses and certificates"under the"1+X"certificate system,aiming to provide beneficial reference for the talent training under the"1+X"certificate system.
