Measurement of Exhaust Temperature Field for A Certain Type of Aircraft Engine
The exhaust temperature of aircraft engines is an important monitoring parameter during the entire testing process. The principle of thermocouple temperature measurement was explored, and two temperature field measurement schemes using equal toroidal distribution thermocouple temperature sensors were proposed. The two schemes werecomparedand analyzed to obtain the distribution of exhaust temperature field of the en-gine under idle, throttle, and maximum conditions.?Analysis shows that the unevenness of theidle stateis rela-tively high, and as the engine state increases, the uniformity of the temperature field becomes better.?The ex-haust temperature field has high temperature zones in both radial and circumferential directions, with the highest temperature occurring at 2/3 of the radial height.?The experimental plan can provide reference for conducting temperature field testing experiments.
