本文主要阐述T RIZ理论的起源、基本构成和解题模式,并将 T RIZ理论应用于某燃气轮机间冷器换热模块的结构设计问题分析中,通过T RIZ理论可以更快速全面的了解换热模块结构设计的矛盾.换热模块结构的技术矛盾是提高换热效率和减小压力损失,改进设计期望是既不损失热空气的压力,又可以提高换热效率.通过T RIZ理论的局部质量改善法发明原理和非对称性发明原理对换热模块的翅片进行了波纹形的局部改进和不对称不规则布局改进设计,经过多方面验证满足了设计要求.
Optimization Design of Heat Exchanger Module Based on TRIZ Theory
This paper mainly describes the origin of TRIZ theory,the basic composition and solution mode,and applies it to the structural design of a heat exchanger module of an intercooler in the molecules of the prob-lem,which can be more quickly and comprehensively understand the junction of heat exchanger module through TRIZ theory.The technical contradiction of the structure of heat exchanger module is to improve the heat ex-change efficiency and the pressure loss,and the improvement of the design expectation is not to lose the pressure of the hot air,but also to improve the heat exchange efficiency.The fins of the heat exchanger module are locally improved in corrugated shape through the invention principle of the local fabric characteristic and asymmetric in-vention principle of TRIZ theory,which are verified to meet the design requirements in various aspects.
