摘要
某型钢轨探伤车是专门针对中国地铁市场研制的一种大型钢轨探伤设备.其车辆系统、探伤系统均采用自主化设计,可实现对钢轨线路的探伤检测.本文从整车布局、系统配置、计算和试验及整车运用等方面介绍该型钢轨探伤车.
Abstract
A certain type of rail ultrasonic testing vehicle is a large-scale rail ultrasonic testing equipment specially de-veloped for the Chinese subway market.The vehicle system and ultrasonic testing system both adopt independent design,which can achieve ultrasonic testing of steel rail lines.This article introduces the ultrasonic rail inspection vehicle from the aspects of vehicle layout,system configuration,calculation and testing,and vehicle application.
