Research on Electronic Throttle Actuators and Control Methods
The necessity of electronic throttle research and its mechanical structure and control principle are introduced.The hardware circuit of the electronic throttle driver is designed and developed,and the PLC signal acquisition and control system is also completed.By writing the PID control algorithm in the PLC,the PLC out-puts the PWM pulse signal,which is then output to theelectronic throttle driver,converts thecontrol signalinto motor current,and realizes the control of the DC motor of the electronic throttle.By loading the change of the current value and direction on the motor,the opening degree of the electronic throttle is controlled.Through the test of this system,the arbitrary opening degree of the electronic throttle can be well controlled.The control ac-curacy of the electronic throttle can reach the control level of existing cars,and other experimental data also meet the expected requirements,laying a good foundation for the final use of electronic throttle detection equipment.
