Jac Truck Frame Based on ANSYS Finite Element Analysis and Lightweight Design
As the main bearing part of the car,the load of the frame is very complicated when it moves,and the change of its strength stiffness and stability directly affects the safety and comfort of the whole driving.One of the key points of frame design is to reduce the weight as much as possible to the lightest,more reasonable de-sign,and reduce the residual stress concentration of the transition part of the frame as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the mechanical strength,stiffness and dynamic stability of the frame.In this paper,ansys anal-ysis as the core,in the Jianghuai truck frame modeling,load bending,emergency braking,emergency steering and other common working conditions of stress and deformation of the finite element analysis,to achieve light-weight and parametric design of the entire frame.
