航空发动机聚四氟乙烯软管扣压结构设计研究

为了开展航空发动机用聚四氟乙烯软管扣压结构技术研究,建立了聚四氟乙烯软管扣压结构有限元仿真模型,给出不同的扣压量进行仿真计算,得到接触应力,以接触应力作为衡量聚四氟乙烯软管爆破压力的标准,并进行了爆破试验,通过试验与仿真进行对比,验证仿真方法的有效性.仿真与试验结果表明:扣压量和爆破压力在一定范围内正相关,但超过该扣压量后,扣压接头处聚四氟乙烯内管会因承受过大的应力而发生破坏,因此扣压量选择必须在合理的范围.
Design and Research on the Compression Structure of PTFE Hose for Aeroengine
In order to conduct research on the compression structure technology of PTFE hose for aero-engines,a finite element simulation model of the compression structure of PTFE hose was established.Different compression amounts were given for simulation calculation,and contact stress was obtained.Contact stress was used as the standard to measure the burst pressure of PTFE hose,and burst tests were conducted.The effective-ness of the simulation method was verified by comparing the test and simulation.The simulation and experimen-tal results show that there is a positive correlation between the clamping amount and the burst pressure within a certain range.However,beyond this clamping amount,the PTFE inner pipe at the clamping joint will be dam-aged due to excessive stress.Therefore,the selection of clamping amount must be within a reasonable range.
