摘要
铝活塞是汽车发动机中的重要零件,金属模重力铸造是铝活塞毛坯制造的主要方式.为了提高铝活塞铸造效率和铸造质量,设计了一种铝活塞自动铸造生产线,重点介绍了整体设计方案,阐述了设备设计、铸造工艺参数模块设计、软件设计等方面的实现方法.
Abstract
Aluminum pistons are important components in automotive engines,and metal mold gravity casting is the main method of manufacturing aluminum piston blanks.In order to improve the casting efficiency and qual-ity of aluminum pistons,an automatic casting production line for aluminum pistons was designed.The overall design scheme of the system was emphasized,and the implementation methods of equipment design,pressure de-tection,temperature detection,software design,and other aspects were elaborated.
