一台2016 款某品牌汽车无钥匙进入系统功能失效且无法起动发动机,根据故障现象,结合该车型进入及起动许可控制系统的相关电路图分析,对J518 进入及起动许可控制单元的相关引脚、J519 的T73A插头、起动继电器J907、J764 提供的起动信号、J764 的插头问题和J764 控制单元进行检测诊断,逐步缩小故障范围,精准定位故障点是J519 的T73A插头的 47号端子和J764 插头的 12 号端子存在铜绿,清理干净端子的铜绿,装复配件,重新试车,无钥匙进入系统功能恢复,发动机能正常起动.
Engine Entry and Start Clearance Control System Fault Diagnosis and Troubleshooting
The keyless entry system of a 2016 car of a certain brand fails to function and the engine cannot be started.According to the fault phenomenon,combined with the relevant circuit diagram analysis of the entry and start permit control system of this model,Test and diagnose the related pins of the J518 entry and start permit control unit,the T73A plug of J519,the start relay J907,the start signal provided by J764,the plug problem of J764 and the J764 control unit,and gradually reduce the fault range.Precisely locate the fault point is the patina on terminal 47 of the T73A plug of J519 and terminal 12 of the J764 plug.Clean the patina on the terminal,in-stall the accessories,and restart the test,the keyless entry system function is restored,and the engine can start normally.
