Development and Application of APM Track Common Disease Detection System
In view of the lack of APM track disease automatic detection equipment,an APM track disease de-tection system was developed.By using image processing technology,high-precision laser sensor and obstacle a-voidance equipment,the system can realize the targeted detection of various disease detection items of APM track without affecting the normal operation of the line.Compared with the existing manual detection,the detection efficiency is higher and the detection accuracy is higher.APM track disease detection system has been completed in Shanghai APM Pujiang Line track inspection,practice has verified the high efficiency and accuracy of the sys-tem.
