With the advancement of technology,people's requirements for quality of life and comfort have in-creased.With the rapid iterative development of today's vehicles,the requirements for vehicle comfort and vehi-cle aesthetics have also changed.Among them,the use of bumper grille and its unique shape are also very inter-esting,such as the closed grille design adopted by Mercedes-Benz EQS to show the avant-garde posture to show the avant-garde temperament,and the illuminated waterfall front grille equipped with ZEEKR 009,which shows people's pursuit of aesthetics.Therefore,how to install the bumper grille becomes important,here by using two different installation methods to tighten the bumper grille screws at a constant speed experiment,in the experi-mental process to actually measure the mechanical curve,analyze and verify the screw locking torque and ulti-mate torque,and explore more bumper grille installation methods.
