一种基于51单片机的大型车辆轮胎智能降温装置

该装置主要包括STC89C51主控部分、水位传感器模拟转换部分、温度测量部分,以及DS18B20 温度测量和L298N电桥驱动部分来共同完成车辆轮胎的智能降温.单片机在采集完数据信号之后,向AD转换模块发出指令,接收到信号之后 ADC0832 芯片工作对模拟信号进行转换,转换结束之后,向单片机传递数据信息.然后通过LCD1602显示结果.智能降温部分工作原理是:首先通过数据分析来获取轮胎爆胎前温度值的上下限.后将温度传感器测量的温度值与其相比,如果高于安全温度范围和单片机通过控制L298N来驱动水泵抽取水箱中的水,喷到车辆轮胎轮骨位置,直至温度值降低到安全范围之内停止驱动水泵.确保车辆在遇到轮胎升温时起到及时智能降温的作用.
A Large Vehicle Tire Intelligent Cooling Device Based on 51 Single Chip Microcomputer
This device mainly includes the STC89C51 main control part,water level sensor analog conversion part,temperature measurement part,as well as the DS18B20 temperature measurement and L 298N electric bridge drive part to jointly complete the intelligent cooling of vehicle tires.After collecting the data signal,the microcontroller sends instruc-tions to the AD conversion module.After receiving the signal,the ADC0832 chip works to convert the analog signal.Af-ter the conversion is completed,the data information is transmitted to the microcontroller.Then display the results through LCD1602.The working principle of the intelligent cooling part is to first obtain the upper and lower limits of the temperature value before the tire bursts through data analysis.After comparing the temperature value measured by the temperature sensor with it,if it is higher than the safe temperature range,the microcontroller drives the water pump to extract water from the water tank by controlling L298N,spray it onto the wheel bone position of the vehicle tire,and stop driving the water pump until the temperature value drops to within the safe range.Ensure that the vehicle plays a timely and intelligent cooling role when encountering tire heating.
