Composition And Development Trend of Active Oil and Gas Separators
Taking engine blowby as the research object,this paper introduces five effective separation methods for blowby,compares the main structures,functions,and advantages of two active oil and gas separators,and analyzes the development trend of centrifugal oil and gas separators.The research results indicate that the pre separator of the crank-case ventilation system is mainly an impact type oil and gas separator or a centrifugal type oil and gas separator;Centri-fuge type oil and gas separator is suitable for the precision separator of vehicle oil and gas separators required by National VI emission standards;Oil driven oil and gas separators can be integrated and modularized according to customer needs;The electric driven oil and gas separator can be integrated,intelligent,and modular developed according to customer needs;Product modularization is mainly based on economic considerations while meeting the needs of different customers.
