摘要

文章围绕燃油发动机喷嘴喷雾特性的测量技术展开研究,分析了当前国内常用的两种喷雾特性测量装置,激光相位多普勒粒子分析仪(PDPA)和粒子图像测速技术(PIV).针对现有装置往往只能测量部分喷雾特性参数的问题,文章提出一种基于PDPA的多功能燃油发动机喷嘴喷雾特性试验系统方案,能实现对喷雾特性(包括喷雾锥角、贯穿距离、雾滴尺寸分布、浓度分布和速度分布)、喷雾周向、径向不均匀度试验等参数的全面测量,为燃油发动机喷嘴喷雾特性测量技术提供了一种参考.

Abstract

The article focuses on the research of measurement techniques for fuel injector spray characteris-tics,analyzing two commonly used devices in China:Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer(PDPA)and Particle Im-age Velocimetry(PIV).Addressing the issue of existing devices often being limited to measuring partial spray characteristic parameters,presents a multifunctional experimental system scheme for fuel injector spray charac-teristics based on PDPA.The system enables comprehensive measurement of spray characteristics(including spray cone angle,penetration distance,droplet size distribution,concentration distribution,and velocity distri-bution),as well as tests for circumferential and radial non-uniformity of the spray.It provides a reference for the measurement technology of fuel injector spray characteristics for internal combustion engines.
