Lightweight Design and Research of Hydraulic Excavator Arm Based on ABAQUS
As a traditional large-scale mechanical industrial equipment,in the development process of the me-chanical industry,due to the general requirements of the society for the industrial industry and the improvement of the performance requirements,the lightweight research of hydraulic excavators has been widely concerned.In this paper,according to the movement of the excavator at work and the complex working conditions during oper-ation,the lightweight design scheme of the excavator arm is proposed through static analysis.Based on this,combined with the optimization requirements,the corresponding optimization model is obtained through the pre-cise calculation of the relevant modules of the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.Finally,the strength and stiffness of the optimized model are calculated to ensure the rationality of lightweight.
