针对汽车轮毂,本研究提出了基于质量改善的汽车轮毂模具工艺设计,明确了挤压铸造模具中凸模的重要性;凸模除了塑造液锻件形状外,还参与加压液锻过程.为了提高液锻件的质量和生产效率,采用整体式凸模设计,通过直装式连接和窝座销定位确保其稳定性和准确性.通过精确的尺寸计算公式,可以快速、准确地确定凸模尺寸.此外,还讨论了凸模设计中的关键因素,如材料选择和表面处理技术等.这些因素对凸模的硬度和耐久性具有重要影响,进而影响液锻件的质量.期待通过本研究,为汽车铸造模具的设计,以及制造质量的改善,提供了一些参考资料.
Research on Process Design of Automotive Wheel Hub Mold Based on Quality Improvement
This study proposes a process design for automotive wheel hub molds based on quality improve-ment,clarifying the importance of convex molds in squeeze casting molds;In addition to shaping the shape of liq-uid forgings,convex molds also participate in the process of pressurized liquid forging.In order to improve the quality and production efficiency of liquid forgings,an integral convex die design is adopted,and its stability and accuracy are ensured through direct connection and socket pin positioning.By using precise size calculation for-mulas,the size of the punch can be quickly and accurately determined.In addition,key factors in punch design,such as material selection and surface treatment techniques,were also discussed.These factors have a significant impact on the hardness and durability of the punch,which in turn affects the quality of the liquid forging.We look forward to providing some reference materials for the design of automotive casting molds and the improve-ment of manufacturing quality through this study.
