Research on Shafts Alignment Technology of Gas Turbine Generator Unit
In the process of installation and maintenance of gas turbine generator unit equipment,shafting alignment technology is very important.The paper mainly descrebes three aspects:the advantages and disadvantages of several common centering methods in the alignment of large mechanical equipment shafting,such as feeler instrument method;Gas turbine ro-tor and generator rotor alignment commonly used centering reguirements;Analysis of factors affecting the effect of shafting a-lignment in gas turbine generator unit.Through the discussion of these aspects,it is concluded that the application of laser centering instrument in the installation and maintenance of gas turbine generator unit should be the future dvelopment trend.
