摘要
针对气驱采油用往复式压缩机需要服务不同注气井口、排气压力高、管线布局复杂等问题,开展了高转速气驱采油箱式集成压缩机设计研究.首先进行了往复式压缩机选型,确定压缩机型号;然后建立了电机-联轴器-压缩机扭振分析模型,确定曲轴转动惯量和扭转刚度;最后对压缩机轴系进行了扭振分析,优化了联轴器、飞轮转动惯量,避免了轴系共振.该研究成果弥补了国内油气开发需要 35~52MPa增压设备的空白.
Abstract
A research on the design of a high-speed gas driven oil recovery container integrated compressor was carried out to address issues such as the need to serve different gas injection wellheads,high discharge pres-sure,and complex pipeline layout for reciprocating compressors used in gas driven oil recovery.Firstly,the se-lection of the reciprocating compressor host was carried out to determine the compressor model;Then,Estab-lished a torsional vibration analysis model for the motor coupling compressor,determining the crankshaft mo-ment of inertia and torsional stiffness;Finally,torsional vibration analysis was conducted on the compressor shaft system,optimizing the coupling and flywheel moment of inertia to avoid shaft resonance.This research achieve-ment fills the gap of 35-52MPa pressurization equipment required for domestic oil and gas development.
