摘要
简述MES系统和汽车管件的生产特点;为改善汽车液压成形管件制造业在生产过程中对人工生产和管理的过度依赖,引入MES系统对数字化生产进行改造,实现管件生产的自动化管理、过程可追溯,实现产品全制造周期的信息透明化、数据化、可视化,优化企业生产资源配置,促使各生产环节紧密衔接.为相关企业和建设数字化生产车间提供参考方向和依据.
Abstract
Briefly describe the production characteristics of the MES system and automotive pipelines;in or-der to improve the excessive dependence of artificial production and management in the production process of au-tomotive hydraulic forming pipeline manufacturing,the introduction of MES systems to renovate digital produc-tion,and realize the automation management and process of pipeline production.Tracing back,realize the infor-mation transparency,data,and visualization of the full manufacturing cycle of the product,optimize the alloca-tion of enterprise production resources,and promote the close connection of various production links.Provide reference and basis for related enterprises and construction of digital production workshops.
