摘要
现代化仓储物流中心可以实现商品的自动化收发、存储、拣选及配送等业务,一个良好的自动化物流输送系统可以保证在业务正常运行的前提下,提高业务运行效率.本设计以某电商商超入库输送业务为研究对象,设计了一个基于PLC控制的箱式物流输送系统,并对影响输送效率之一的合流输送系统进行了改进.
Abstract
The modern warehousing and logistics center can realize the automatic sending,receiving,storage,picking and distribution of goods.A good automated logistics transportation system can ensure the normal operation of the busi-ness under the premise of improving the efficiency of business operation.In this design,a box-type logistics conveying system based on PLC control is designed to take the warehousing and conveying business of an e-commerce supermarket as the research object,and the confluence conveying system,which affects one of the conveying efficiency is improved.
