摘要
本文主要对比亚迪e5 油门踏板位置传感器 1 进行故障分析研究,通过采用电脑诊断仪读取故障码、数据流等方式确定故障部位,使用数字万用表检测电压及电阻数据方式来排除油门踏板位置传感器故障,最后通过电脑诊断仪及仪表显示方式验证故障是否清除,本文详细介绍了油门踏板位置传感器故障排除的诊断流程,为今后的其他传感器故障维修检测提供检测思路.
Abstract
This paper mainly analyzes the fault of BYD e5 accelerator pedal position sensor 1,determines the fault location by using the computer diagnostic instrument to read the fault code and data stream,uses the digital multimeter to detect voltage and resistance data to eliminate the fault of the accelerator pedal position sensor,and finally verifies whether the fault is cleared by the computer diagnostic instrument and instrument display.This paper introduces the troubleshooting process of the gas pedal position sensor in detail,and provides the detection ideas for the maintenance and detection of other sensors in the future.
