Design of Borneol Swallowing Test and Risk Control
During flight, when the aircraft encounters icy weather, the intake ice poses a risk of the engine in-haling ice, which can cause hardware damage, power loss, instability events, forced landings, and other acci-dents.It is particularly important to verify whether the performance loss and component damage of the engine af-ter swallowing borneol meet the requirements of use.Meanwhile, the testing of aero-engine swallowing borneol can also lay a solid foundation for product condition identification. As the test of swallowing borneol is destruc-tive to some extent, there are potential risks for engine operation, equipment operation and security personnel, and corresponding risk control measures should be formulated to reduce the test risk.In this paper,by learning the requirements of the national military standard and taking the turbofan engine as the object, the test scheme of swallowing borneol was studied, and the risk control measures were formulated.
