摘要
在国家大力深入推进职业教育的过程中,在教育部推行职业教育提质培优行动计划的要求下,在面对汽车产业快速转型发展背景下,文章深入剖析了汽车专业开展 1+X书证融通过程中存在的主要问题,以新能源汽车技术专业与智能新能源汽车 1+X职业技能等级证书开展书证融通为例,修订新能源汽车技术专业人才培养方案、重构课程体系实现课证融通和学分转换规则,使教学能够满足书与证得到有机融合,在实践中推动汽车专业 1+X书证融通改革.
Abstract
In the process of vigorously promoting vocational education in the country,and in response to the requirements of the Ministry of Education's action plan for improving the quality and excellence of vocational edu-cation,and in the context of the rapid transformation and development of the automotive industry,this article deeply analyzes the main problems in the process of 1+X documentary integration in the automotive industry.Taking the integration of new energy vehicle technology and intelligent new energy vehicle 1+X vocational skill level certificates as an example,the article revises the talent training plan for new energy vehicle technology,re-structures the curriculum system to achieve the integration of curriculum and credit conversion rules,so that teaching can meet the organic integration of books and certificates,and promotes the reform of 1+X documenta-ry integration in the automotive industry in practice.
