Simulation and Experimental Study of TMPI Engine Heat Transfer Based on Average Heat Flux
In this paper, the temperature field of an improved TMPI engine block cylinder head is simulated and test-ed.The bench performance test of naturally aspirated MPI engine provides a calibration basis for calculating the average heat flux in one-dimensional thermodynamics, and the finite element analysis model is checked according to the average heat flux of each module, and based on the convective heat transfer coefficient calculated by the cooling water jacket CFD and the in-cylinder combustion CFD,the heat transfer distribution is provided for the structure temperature field simula-tion.Based on the alternating working conditions of the engine,multi-channel instantaneous temperature acquisition is carried out on the key positions of the engine, and compared with the simulation value of the engine temperature field,it is confirmed that the error is about 8%,the feasibility of checking the maximum temperature and temperature distribution of the engine temperature field based on the average heat flux is demonstrated, and the theoretical basis is provided for the optimization of the temperature field of the improved turbocharged engine.
