动力电池散热性能对电动汽车正常运行至关重要.为寻求更好的散热方法,改善动力电池散热效果,以动力电池最高温度和温差作为评价指标,用计算流体力学(CFD,Computational Fluid Dynamics)方法分析不同类型的冷管以及不同数量的管道对动力电池散热性能的影响.通过 4 因素 4 水平的正交试验比较得到结果表明,冷管类型和管道冷却液流速均对结果有显著影响,并选出了较优的散热方案.
Simulation Analysis And Research on Heat Dissipation of Li-ion Power Battery
The heat dissipation performance of the power battery is very important for the normal operation of electric vehicles.In order to find a better heat dissipation method and improve the heat dissipation effect of the power battery,the maximum temperature and temperature difference of the power battery are taken as evaluation indexes,and the influence of different types of cold pipes and different numbers of pipes on the heat dissipation performance of the power battery is analyzed by CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)method.The results of orthogonal test with 4 factors and 4 levels show that the type of cold pipe and the flow rate of pipe coolant have significant effects on the results,and the best cooling scheme is selected.
