某型燃气轮机后机匣振动超限问题分析与处理

对某型舰用燃气轮机后机匣振动超限问题进行了研究和分析,结合燃机拆检分解情况、结构与振动测试方案分析,判断燃气轮机高压涡轮盘前螺栓松脱力矩分散度较大,且在约 90 度的连续范围内存在小于设计值的现象,高压涡轮转子连接不稳定,燃机工作中平衡状态发生变化,是此次故障的主要原因.在后续装配过程中加强了对高压涡轮盘前螺栓拧紧力矩控制,并通过试验验证,排除了振动超限故障.
Analysis and Treatment on a Gas Turbine Rear Casing Vibration
In this paper,the problem of vibration overrun of the rear casing of a marine gas turbine is studied and analyzed,it is concluded that the looseness of the bolts in front of the high pressure turbine disc has a large dispersion and is smaller than the designed value in a continuous range of about 90 degrees,and the connection of the high pressure turbine rotor is unstable,the main reason of this fault is that the balance state of gas turbine changed during operation.In the subsequent assembly process,the tightening torque control of the high pressure turbine disc front bolt is strengthened,and the vibration overrun fault is eliminated through the test verification.
