Analysis and Treatment on a Gas Turbine Rear Casing Vibration
In this paper, the problem of vibration overrun of the rear casing of a marine gas turbine is studied and analyzed,it is concluded that the looseness of the bolts in front of the high pressure turbine disc has a large dispersion and is smaller than the designed value in a continuous range of about 90 degrees, and the connection of the high pressure turbine rotor is unstable, the main reason of this fault is that the balance state of gas turbine changed during operation. In the subsequent assembly process, the tightening torque control of the high pressure turbine disc front bolt is strengthened, and the vibration overrun fault is eliminated through the test verification.
