摘要
随着柴油机技术日趋成熟,高压共轨燃油系统柴油机被广泛应用,但相对传统机械泵柴油机而言,高压共轨柴油机无法启动的故障原因更加复杂.本文利用故障树分析法,通过分析柴油机机械故障、柴油机燃油系统故障、柴油机及整车电气系统等方面故障,明确柴油机无法启动的原因;结合对柴油机结构原理的分析,归纳总结出柴油机无法启动的故障诊断方法,为排查柴油机此类型故障提供依据.
Abstract
As diesel engine technology matures,high-pressure common rail fuel system diesel engines are extensively used,but the cause of failure of diesel engines starting failure is more complex than conventional mechanical pump diesel engines.This article uses the fault tree analysis method to find the cause of the failure in terms of mechanical failure of diesel engines,diesel fuel system failure,diesel engine and complete vehicle electrical system failure,etc.In combination with the symptoms,the diesel engine structure principle can be analyzed to summarize the diagnostic methods for failure of diesel engine starting,and provide the basis for this type of diesel engine fault.
