摘要
针对某柴油机在试验中出现活塞头部拉伤的故障,运用 FTA 方法分析调查故障的主要原因,并制定整改方案.通过优化活塞头部型线,能够解决活塞头部拉伤的故障.
Abstract
In view of the piston top land seizure of one diesel engine in the market,using FT analysis and in-vestigate the main reason of seizure,and making improvement scheme.we can solve the piston top land seizure through the optimization of piston profile.
