330MW机组汽动给水泵油质异常分析及控制

某电厂330MW机组于 2014 年 10 月投入正式运行.机组运行期间,对汽动给水泵进行周期性试验,发现B汽动给水泵润滑油水分、颗粒度频繁超标.汽机专业使用外接滤油机过滤油中水分,减少油中杂质,提高油品洁净度,但油品指标合格后维持时间短.小机润滑油含水量超标,会影响设备正常运行,严重时甚至造成给水泵跳闸.本文通过试验数据,分析导致油质异常的主要原因,并提出可行性的控制措施,确保机组安全经济运行.
Analysis and Control of Abnormal Oil Quality of Steam Feed Pump of 330MW Unit
The 330 MW unit of a power plant was put into formal operation in October 2014.During the oper-ation of the unit,the cyclic test of the steam feed pump was carried out,and it was found that the moisture and particle size of the lubricating oil of the B steam feed pump exceeded the standard frequently.The turbine is spe-cialized in using an external oil filter to filter the water in the oil and improve the particle size of the oil,but the maintenance time is short after the oil index is qualified.The water content in the lubricating oil of the small ma-chine exceeds the standard,which will affect the normal operation of the equipment and even cause the feed pump to trip.Based on the test data,this paper analyzes the main causes of abnormal oil quality,and puts forward fea-sible control measures to ensure the safe and economic operation of the unit.
