摘要
柴油机结构复杂,加工制造、拆装及操作难度大,因各类因素发生的故障问题较多.柴油机润滑系统是柴油机的核心组成部分,其系统的运行对柴油机及机械整机的安全运行有着极大的影响.且柴油机润滑系统常见机油变质、耗损大、温度高、压力异常的问题.其发生原因较多,在故障排除时,针对原因分析可提高故障排除效率.本文介绍了柴油机润滑系统的常见故障及排除策略.旨在为柴油机润滑系统的维修保养提供一些参考思路.
Abstract
Diesel engine structure is complex,processing,manufacturing,disassembly and operation is diffi-cult,due to various factors occur more problems.Diesel lubrication system is the core component of diesel en-gine,the operation of the system has a great impact on the safe operation of diesel engine and machinery.And diesel engine lubrication system common oil deterioration,large consumption,high temperature,abnormal pres-sure problems.There are many reasons for its occurrence,and the troubleshooting efficiency can be improved by analyzing the reasons.The first part of this paper briefly introduces the diesel lubrication system;The second part discusses the common faults and the strategies to remove them.The purpose is to provide some reference i-deas for the maintenance of diesel lubrication system.
