摘要
汽车维修涂装是保持汽车外观美观和保护车身的重要工艺.喷涂技术作为汽车维修涂装的重要环节,对面漆效果有直接的影响.本文首先对喷涂技术进行了概述,接着分析了面漆的作用与类型,最后从喷涂压力、喷涂速度、喷涂距离、喷涂角度几方面对汽车维修涂装中喷涂技术对面漆效果的影响进行了详细探讨.
Abstract
Automotive maintenance painting is an important process for maintaining the appearance of auto-mobiles and protecting the body of the vehicle.Spray painting technology,as an important part of automotive maintenance and painting,has a direct impact on the surface paint effect.This article first provides an overview of spray painting technology,followed by an analysis of the role and types of topcoat.Finally,a detailed discus-sion is conducted on the impact of spray painting technology on the effectiveness of topcoat in automotive mainte-nance painting from the perspectives of spray pressure,spray speed,spray distance,and spray angle.
