Research on Influencing Factors Based on Machining Accuracy of Mechanical Parts
Evaluating the quality of parts processing,one of the important indicators is the machining accura-cy.It can be seen that the machining accuracy of mechanical parts directly affects the quality of the parts,so that the performance and life of the product is affected.Especially in the field of modern machinery manufacturing,the machining accuracy of parts put forward higher requirements.This paper mainly explores the factors affect-ing the machining accuracy of mechanical parts,mainly from the original error of the process system and the fac-tors of the machining process,and puts forward some specific solutions to improve the parts machining accuracy,while providing some basic research for the development of the direction of mechanical high precision machining.
