附面层变化规律及影响分析

进气道附面层是由于气流的黏性作用,在表面形成具有一定梯度的低速区,其中贴近壁面位置基本处于滞止状态.低速区的存在影响进气道流通面积,同时对进气道总压恢复系数、进气流量测量及整机性能造成一定影响;随着飞机飞行姿态多样化及飞行包线不断扩展,进气道附面层的存在降低发动机喘振裕度,严重时影响飞行安全.本文通过研究对附面层不同方式的测量方法,分析附面层速度分布及附面层厚度变化规律,通过计算得出对压缩部件的影响,进而评估对发动机整体性能影响.
Boundary Layer Variation Rule and Influence Analysis
Due to the viscous action of air flow,the inlet boundary layer forms a low-speed zone with a certain gradient on the surface,in which the position close to the wall is basically in a stagnant state.The presence of low speed zone affects the flow area of the inlet,the total pressure recovery coefficient of the inlet,the inlet flow measurement and the overall performance.With the diversification of aircraft flight attitude and the continuous expansion of flight envelope,the existence of inlet boundary layer reduces the engine surge margin,which affects the flight safety in serious cases.By studying different methods of boundary layer measurement,this paper ana-lyzes the velocity distribution of boundary layer and the variation rule of boundary layer thickness,and calculates the impact on compression components,and then evaluates the impact on the overall performance of the engine.
