Exploration of Digital Transformation and Information Innovation in Aviation Project Management
With the rapid development of science and technology,informatization and digital transformation have become the key factors to promote the innovation of aviation project management.Traditional project man-agement methods have been unable to meet the needs of modern aviation projects,so new solutions need to be sought.This paper aims to explore the application and innovation path of informatization and digital transforma-tion in aviation project management,and further study the promoting role of informatization and digital transfor-mation in aviation project management.Digital transformation can not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of aviation project management,but also realize more scientific and accurate decision-making.To promote the inno-vation and improvement of aviation project management by establishing digital strategic planning and improving the digital capability of project management team.
