摘要
"新工科"作为中国工程教育的改革方向,注重培养学生的工程实践能力、创新能力和国际竞争力.近年来,智能制造专业人才需求剧增,且逐渐向复合型、应用型和创新型等方向发展.因此,亟需一种新的产教融合模式为智能制造专业人才培养提供良好的基础和条件,全面对接国家"新工科"对立德树人的新要求.通过"优化课程体系构建模式、实践教学校企结合、产业需求促教"的产教融合方式,与行业企业协同育人,解决理论学习与企业人才需求不对称的问题,培养学生实践能力、创新思维,提升人才培养质量.为深化应用型本科院校的教学改革和培养高素质应用型人才提供参考.
Abstract
As the reform direction of China's engineering education,"New Engineering"emphasizes the culti-vation of students'engineering practice ability,innovation ability and international competitiveness.In recent years,the demand for intelligent manufacturing professionals has increased dramatically,and is gradually develo-ping in the direction of compound,applied and innovative.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a new industry-teaching fusion model to provide a good foundation and conditions for the cultivation of intelligent manufacturing professionals,and to comprehensively meet the new requirements of the national"new engineering discipline"for the cultivation of morality and humanism.Through the industry-teaching fusion mode of"optimizing the con-struction mode of curriculum system,combining practical teaching with schools and enterprises,and promoting teaching by industrial demand",we collaborate with industrial enterprises to educate people and solve the prob-lem of asymmetry between theoretical learning and enterprise talent demand,cultivate students'practical ability and innovative thinking,thus improve the quality of talent cultivation.It may provide a reference for deepening the teaching reform of applied undergraduate colleges and cultivating high-quality applied talents.
