以某混动车型为例,通过有限元软件 Abaqus 建立车载 PTC陶瓷电阻加热器上下法兰面的双唇橡胶模型,通过 3D-2D耦合仿真的方法,考虑了在螺栓力、温度、压强多因素综合影响下的密封情况.结果表明,通过 3D有限元模型计算,随着温度与压强的升高,上下法兰面会有张开量,其中压强的占比约为温度的 3 倍;将此张开量代入 2D有限元模型,修正橡胶的压缩高度,可得到与实际更接近的密封结果.研究结果表明,通过3D-2D耦合仿真的方法,可以更精确地模拟橡胶在实际工作载荷下的密封情况,使在开发前期识别风险,提供先验性知识.
Research on 3D-2D Coupled Simulation Analysis Method for Double Lip Rubber Sealing Based on Finite Element
Taking a certain hybrid vehicle model as an example,this study used the finite element software Abaqus to establish a model of double lip rubber on the sealing flange faces of the vehicle-mounted PTC ceramic resistor heater.Through the 3D-2D coupled simulation method,the sealing of the rubber under the combined ac-tion of bolt force,temperature,and pressure was considered.The results show that,according to the 3D finite element model,with the increase of temperature and pressure,there will be an opening amount between the seal-ing flange faces,with the pressure accounting for approximately three times the temperature.By incorporating this opening amount into the 2D finite element model and adjusting the fully compressed state of the rubber,a closer sealing result to reality can be obtained.The research results indicate that the 3D-2D coupled simulation method can more accurately simulate the sealing situation of rubber under actual working loads,enabling the i-dentification of risks in the early stages of development and providing prior knowledge.
