对现有某款 2。0L GDI发动机的进气道进行改进,应用 AVL-FIRE 软件进行 CFD仿真分析,结果表明,优化后的进气道平均流量系数较之前提高了 4。73%,平均滚流比提高了 7。93%。应用 Star—CD软件对改进前后的燃烧系统进行缸内流动瞬态CFD分析,结果表明,改进后的燃烧系统能在缸内形成更大更强的涡流,瞬态滚流比和湍动能都要明显好于原燃烧系统。台架试验表明,改进后的燃烧系统在不同转速和额定功率点油耗也是低于原燃烧系统。
Optimizing Gasoline Engine Combustion System Based on CFD Numerical Simulation
The intake port of an existing 2.0 L GDI engine was improved,and AVL-FIRE software was used for CFD simulation analysis.The results show that the average flow coefficient of the improved intake port in-creased by 4.73%compared to the previous one,and the average tumble ratio increased by 7.93%.Star-CD software was used for transient CFD analysis of the combustion system before and after the improvement,the re-sults show that the improved combustion system can form larger and stronger vortices in the cylinder,and the transient tumble ratio and turbulent energy are significantly better than the original combustion system.Bench tests show that the fuel consumption of the improved combustion system at different speeds and rated power points is lower than the original combustion system.
