In order to explore the factors affecting PN emissions in the open emission cycle of CHINAⅥ diesel en-gines,the study of CHINAⅥ diesel engines examine the difference in PN emissions in the WHTC open emission cycle at different blow-by volumes,as well as the effect of parameter conditions such as open loop line heating, different cold cycle times before cold-running WHTC testing, and the internal felt structure of the respirator on the PN emissions of the WHTC cycle. The results of the research show that:① The impact of the gas leakage of the diesel engine is significant for the open cycle PN emissions; The effect of the discharge of the split PN of the felt structure inside the respirator is small;② The heating of open lines has a significant impact on PN emissions of cold-running WHTC,while the PN emis-sions of hot WHTC are less affected;③ As the cooling time increases before the cold-running WHTC test,it can lead to an increase in PN emissions from the cold-state WHTC.
