Research on Arbitration Strategy for Multi-source TSC1 Message Requests in Commercial Vehicles
With the progressive enhancement of intelligent capabilities in commercial vehicles, the diverse in-telligent control systems integrated into the vehicle necessitate the functionality to regulate both the propulsion source and the retarding mechanisms.By examining the arbitration strategy of J1939 protocol for handling multi-source TSC1 message requests,it was discovered that the engine's concurrent roles as power source and retarder in vehicles. This issue poses a new challenge to the arbitration strategy. As a result, the strategy of the J1939 protocol has been refined, leading to the creation of a new arbitration control strategy. The test results indicate that the new strategy achieves correct arbitration, which prioritizes negative torque requests. This study provides a reference for the top-level design of the vehicle TSC1 control system.
