一种船用涡轮增压器可靠性在线分析方法

涡轮增压器作为船舶发动机的关键部件,工作条件恶劣,容易出现各类故障.目前船舶对于涡轮增压器的监管主要依赖于热工参数的阈值报警,不能及时有效的判别其可靠性.为了解决上述问题,本文提出了一种基于三参数 Weibull分布的可靠性在线分析方法,通过利用涡轮增压器设备自带测点及历史故障信息,建立涡轮增压器的 Weibull分布模型,得出其可靠度及失效率等曲线,为涡轮增压器的视情管理提供依据.
An Online Reliability Analysis Method for Marine Turbochargers
As a key component of marine engines,turbochargers work under harsh conditions and are prone to various malfunctions.At present,the monitoring of turbochargers mainly relies on alarms of thermal parame-ters,which cannot represent the turbochargers'status timely and effectively.To solve these issues,this paper proposes an online reliability analysis method for turbochargers based on the three parameters Weibull distribu-tion model.By utilizing the turbochargers'built-in signals and historical fault information,a Weibull distribu-tion model can be established and it will show the crew the reliability and failure rate curves,which will help a lot for the turbochargers'maintenance plan.
